SALON POLICIES AND ETIQUETTE
A few things to consider before scheduling an appointment with us...
Cancelations, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and Deposits
We require all clients to keep a valid credit card on file at all times. We ask that you please give us no less than 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Any services canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked services for that date. If you fail to show entirely for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. Clients that make a habit of last minute canceling and rescheduling may be prohibited from pre-booking appointments.
Mutual Late Policy
We understand things happen! We have a mutual 15 minute tardy policy. Please let us know if you are going to be late for your scheduled start time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or amend the services we can provide that day.
If the services need to be canceled, you will be subject to the 50% cancelation policy listed above. We will give you up to 15 minutes to run behind, if you give us the same grace. We will do our best to notify you if we are running further behind than that.
Refunds and Re-dos
We do not offer refunds of any kind. We want you to love your hair! If for some reason your hair is unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We will do our best to make any necessary adjustments, within reason, free of charge. If you’ve had a change of heart, or the expectations are unrealistic, a redo will not be granted.
Children and Animals
With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the salon. Additionally, we ask that you do your best to find childcare during your appointment. The salon is full of many sharp and hot tools, as well as chemicals, and we want to keep your little ones safe! Children that are old enough and well behaved may accompany you to your appointment, or if they themselves are receiving services. If for some reason you are in a childcare pinch, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Hair Extensions
We provide our professional discount when ordering hair for clients. With that cost-saving perk, all hair must be paid for IN FULL at the time of ordering. We do not upcharge for the hair, however we do charge for the taxes, fees, and shipping required. After payment, the hair is yours to own, should you decide to not install it or have it installed elsewhere.
